What personal data do we process
The Controller processes personal data in accordance with European Union law, particularly in compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), as well as with relevant national legislation.
Categories of processed personal data
- Personal data you provide to us: name, surname, title, email, phone number, address, etc.
- Automatically processed data: IP address, date and time of access, browser type, cookies, etc.
Legal grounds for processing personal data
- Contract performance: Personal data obtained through the contact or order form is processed for the purpose of handling inquiries or orders.
- Legitimate interest: Personal data may be used for direct marketing purposes if you have provided it through an order form.
- Consent: For direct marketing or other purposes that require your explicit consent, we process personal data obtained through registration forms.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties, except for trusted partners who are involved in the operation of our activities and are committed to protecting personal data. Personal data may also be disclosed in accordance with the law or for the purpose of protecting rights, property, and safety.
Data that does not allow direct identification may be used for marketing and advertising purposes.
Retention period for personal data
We process personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing, after the termination of the contractual relationship, or based on legal archiving periods. In the case of consent, we process personal data for 10 years or until consent is revoked.
Rights of data subjects
You have the right to access your personal data, request its correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and the right to object to processing. If you believe that the processing of personal data violates legal regulations, you can file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
